AMS1117-3.3

The AMS1117 is a positive low voltage dropout regulator; typical voltage dropout is only 1.2V at 1A. AMS1117 provides two versions: fixed and adjustable versions. VOUT has a tolerance of less than 1.5% for fixed versions 1.2V 1.5V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, 5.0V and adjustable version or 2% output accuracy for fixed version 1.2V.

The AMS1117 offers some key features include thermal shutdown and current limiting. It is suitable for all electronic products.

78L05-150

78LXX is three-terminal positive regulators.  One of these regulators can deliver up to 100 mA  of output current. The internal limiting and thermal  -shutdown features of the regulator make them  essentially immune to overload. When used as a  replacement for a zener diode-resistor  Combination, an effective improvement in output  impedance can be obtained, together with lower  quiescent current.

AMS1117-1.2

The AMS1117 is a positive low voltage dropout regulator; typical voltage dropout is only 1.2V at 1A. AMS1117 provides two versions: fixed and adjustable versions. LM317DCYR

The LM317 is an adjustable three-terminal positive voltage regulator with a very low dropout of 1.2V at 1.2A output current. Using 2 external resistors, the LM317 can provide an adjustable output voltage down to 1.25V. The LM317 includes a circuit of trimmed bandgap reference to assure output voltage accuracy to be within 1%. It also provides current limiting and thermal shutdown. The current limit is trimmed to ensure specified output current and controlled short-circuit current. The On-chip thermal limiting provides protection against any combination of overload and ambient temperature that would create excessive junction temperature.
