TMP102AIDRLR

The TMP102A is a digital temperature sensor with high-accuracy, low-power, and NTC/PTC thermistor replacements. It can be used for extended temperature measurement in communication, computer, consumer electronics, environmental, industrial and instrumentation applications. The TMP102A provides ≤ ± 0.5°C temperature accuracy with good temperature linearity over the normal operating range of -40°C to +125°C. The TMP102A can provide extended temperature measurement mode, extending the temperature measurement range from -55°C to +150°C.

The rated working voltage range of the TMP102A is 1.4V~5.5V, and the maximum quiescent current in the entire working rage is 10µA (temperature measurement frequency 4Hz). The on-chip 12-bit ADC offers resolutions down to 0.0625°C.

The TMP102A adopts SOT563 / DFNWB package of 1.6mm × 1.6mm, is compatible with SMBus and I2C interface, and allows up to four devices on one bus. The device also features an SMBus alert function.

TMP75AIDR

The TMP75 is a fully integrated digital temperature sensor that can work at low voltage (1.8V) and is fully pin and register compatible with NCT75 and ADT75. The TMP75 has a ±1°C accuracy over the operating temperature range. The on-chip 12-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) provides a temperature resolution of 0.0625°C. The TMP75 supports up to 8 devices address and provides an over-temperature alarm function. Based on programmable upper and lower temperature limits and an ALERT pin, the TMP75 can be used as a thermostat or an over-temperature alarm. The TMP75 has been precisely calibrated at the factory, and the user does not need to perform any additional processing on the temperature output.

TMP36FSZ

The TMP36 is a low voltage, precision  centigrade temperature sensors, which provides an  analog voltage output that is linearly proportional  to the Celsius (Centigrade) temperature. Every  GX36 chip is factory calibrated, so no external  calibration is required, and the typical accuracy is  ±1°C at +25°C and ±2°C over the −40°C to +125°C  temperature range.

The low output impedance of the TMP36 and  its linear output and precise calibration simplify interfacing to temperature control circuitry and ADC. The  sensing devices can be powered from a single-supply  of 2.7 V to 5.5 V. The supply current is less than 50µA,  providing very low self-heating effect, less than 0.1°C in  still air. In addition, a shutdown function is provided  to reduce supply current to less than 0.5 μA.

The TMP36 is specified from −40°C to  +125°C, provides a 750 mV output at 25°C, and  operates up to 125°C from a single 2.7 V supply.  The output scale factor of the TMP36 is 10 mV/°C.

TMP175AIDR

The TMP175 is a high-accuracy, low-power, NTC / PTC thermistor replacement digital temperature sensor for temperature measurement in communications, computer, consumer, environmental, industrial,  and instrumentation applications. The TMP175 provides  ≤ ±0.5°C temperature accuracy over the normal  operating range of -40°C to +125°C with good  temperature linearity.

The rated operating voltage range of the TMP175 is 1.4V ~ 5.5V, and the quiescent current in actual temperature conversion is less than 40μA. The on-chip analog-to-digital converter (ADC) provides a temperature resolution of 0.0625°C. The TMP175 is available in an LM75-compatible 8-Pin MSOP / SOP package that supports SMBus and I 2C interfaces. Up to 27.

TMP175 device addresses or 8 TMP175 device addresses can be mounted on one bus. The TMP175 provides SMBus Alert function.
