The PESDNC2FD5VB protects sensitive
semiconductor components from damage or
upset due to electrostatic discharge (ESD) and
other voltage induced transient events. They
feature large cross-sectional area junctions for
conducting high transient currents, offer
desirable electrical characteristics for board
level protection, such as fast response time,
low operating voltage. It gives designer the
flexibility to protect one bi-directional line in
applications where arrays are not practical.

The PESDR0521P1 is a bi-directional TVS diode,
utilizing leading monolithic silicon technology to provide
fast response time and low ESD clamping voltage,
making this device an ideal solution for protecting voltage
sensitive high-speed data lines. The PESDR0521P1 has
an ultra-low capacitance with a typical value at 0.3pF,
and complies with the IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) with ±25kV
air and ±22kV contact discharge. It is assembled into an
ultra-small 1.0x0.6x0.5mm lead-free DFN package. The
small size, ultra-low capacitance and high ESD surge
protection make PESDR0521P1 an ideal choice to
protect cell phone, digital video interfaces and other high
speed ports.

The ESD9N12BA is a TVS (Transient Voltage
Suppressor) designed to protect sensitive electronic
components which are connected to data and
transmission lines from over-stress caused by ESD
(Electrostatic Discharge), EFT (Electrical Fast Transients)
and lightning.
The ESD9N12BA may be used to provide ESD
protection up to ±30kV (contact discharge) according to
IEC61000-4-2, and withstand peak pulse current up to
5.5A (8/20μs) according to IEC61000-4-5.
The ESD9N12BA is available in DFN1006-2L package.

The ESD5451N is a bi-directional TVS (Transient
Voltage Suppressor). It is specifically designed to protect
sensitive
electronic components which are connected to low
speed data lines and control lines from over-stress caused
by ESD (Electrostatic Discharge), EFT (Electrical Fast
Transients) and Lightning.
The ESD5451N may be used to provide ESD
protection up to ±30kV (contact and air discharge)
according to IEC61000-4-2, and withstand peak pulse
current up to 8A (8/20μs) according to IEC61000-4-5.
The ESD5451N is available in DFN1006-2L package.
